Toshi MARUYAMA 5ef4e597f5 remove backslash escapes from text_git_repository_note and text_mercurial_repository_note in bg.yml.

locales:check_parsing_by_psynch rake task passes on
ruby 1.9.2p290 (2011-07-09 revision 32553) [i686-linux].
