79fcbc82dc Adds a setting for choosing the new object menu item style (#15880). 
Set to use the new "+" drop-down by default, but let users revert to the "New issue" tab, or no menu item at all.

a0c495b953 Displays thumbnails of attached images of the issue view (#1006). 
This behaviour can be turned on/off in Settings -> Display (off by default). Thumbnail size can be configured there too.

8241ab458a rename .rhtml to .html.erb of app/views/settings/_display.rhtml. 
:rhtml and :rxml were finally removed as template handlers at Rails 3.1 RC4.
